Norbert Pauser is a consultant, trainer, journalist, author and lecturer with focus on Diversity & Inclusion. He is the CEO of
Pauser Diversity & Inclusion Consulting. Already since 2002 he offers consultancy work and services in the fields of Diversity & Inclusion, Diversity Management and trainings. Among a
numerous models and instruments for Diversity & Inclusion he developped innovations such as the ŒDiversity Scorecard, the Œ3D-Model and got recently awarded for ŒDPMM - Diversity Performance
Measurement & Management.
He completed his pedagogical studies at the Vienna University.
Nadja Schefzig graduated in philosophy; she also studied economics and political sciences. She is a corporate consultant specialized in Diversity Management and Public Relations, a trainer for communication and conflict management and a business coach. Since 2011 she is – together with Rotija Dumpelnik – managing director of kompetenzkreis, since 2009 board member of Initiative Minderheiten, an NPO engaged in minority equal opportunity politics.
Gabriele Sauberer is a Diversity and CSR expert and pioneer at Austrian, European and international level. She initiated the first standard on Diversity Management, the ÖNORM S 2501 and is organizing international Diversity Management Summer Schools world-wide. Gabriele is a certified quality auditor for several European and international standards. She is passionate about innovations in the area of diversity, (corporate) social responsibility and cross-cultural management.
Gabriele is founder of the Forum European Diversity Management, Director of the International Network for Terminology (TermNet) and Vice-President of the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA).
